New York City just introduced Neighborhoods.nyc, a website that is devoted to bringing together the communities that make up the boroughs of the City and hosting a place where people can organize, communicate and learn more about their area.

Community groups in the various parts of the city can license a part of the website to bring their information to the fingertips of those residents who inhabit their area.

The website and its offerings are new, so while there is some information presently up there (MTA info, sanitation info, maps with recent inspections), we expect this website to house more important information as the time goes on.
