Steven Levine, R.A.M
President
Steven Levine has been in both the Construction and Real Estate Management industries for over 30 years. He lends broad-based knowledge gained from his many years as Controller and Vice President of Finance for a very large family-owned and operated, New York Metro area Real Estate Development firm. In 1996 he formed the Excel Bradshaw Management Group, LLC, a consortium of New York based management firms currently operating over 3,000 units of multifamily housing in all the five boroughs of New York City as well as Nassau County.

Mark B. Levine, R.A.M.
Vice President of Business Development
Mark Levine has been with Excel Bradshaw Management Group since 1998. Having spent much of his life around the world of real estate, he is now involved with properties in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and Long Island. Mark holds a Broker’s license in the state of New York and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Real Estate and Metropolitan Development (CUNY Baruch.) Mark also oversees Excel Bradshaw Management Group’s business development / growth plan as well as all potential clients.
In addition to Excel Bradshaw Management Group, Mark is Habitat Magazine’s only residential management blogger, frequently posting on the various issues that Coops and Condos face on a regular basis.

Robert Marra, R.A.M.
Executive Vice President
Robert Marra has been involved in the Multifamily Real Estate Management industry for over 30 years. He began his tenure with the New York City Housing Authority (N.Y.C.H.A.) fostering community relations in projects assigned to him in Red Hook, Brooklyn. In 1986 he joined Bradshaw Management Associates, Inc., predecessor to Excel Bradshaw Management Group, and shortly after was appointed as Executive Vice President of the firm. Mr. Marra now oversees the management of Coops and Condos in the Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island areas.
