About Our Firm:

Excel Bradshaw Management Group, LLC, and its affiliates have been providing comprehensive Property Management services in the New York Metropolitan area with a combined experience of almost 90 years. They have offices in each of the five boroughs and Nassau County. Their diverse and experienced staff has enabled them to succeed in their endeavors in the field of Real Estate Management. This highly motivated and loyal group includes three principals, five property managers and approximately 20 members of support staff.

 
About Our Principals:

Steven Levine, R.A.M., President

Mr. Levine has been in both the Construction and Real Estate Management industries for over 25 years.  He lends broad-based knowledge gained from his many years as Controller and Vice President of Finance for a very large family-owned and operated, New York Metro area Real Estate Development firm.  In 1996 he formed the Excel Bradshaw Management Group, LLC, a consortium of New York based management firms currently operating over 2,000 units of multifamily housing in all the five boroughs of New York City as well as Nassau County.  Mr. Levine can be reached via e-mail at slevine@ebmg.com

Mark B. Levine, R.A.M., Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Levine has been with EBMG since 1998.  Having spent much of his life around the world of real estate, he is now involved with properties in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and Long Island.  Mark holds a Broker's license in the state of New York and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Real Estate and Metropolitan Development (CUNY Baruch.)  Mark also oversees EBMG's business development / growth plan as well as all potential clients.  Mr. Levine can be reached via e-mail at mblevine@ebmg.com

Robert Marra, R.A.M., Vice President

Mr. Marra has been involved in the Multifamily Real Estate Management industry for over 30 years.  He began his tenure with the New York City Housing Authority (N.Y.C.H.A.) fostering community relations in projects assigned to him in Red Hook, Brooklyn.  In 1986 he joined Bradshaw Management Associates, Inc., predecessor to EBMG, and shortly after was appointed as Executive Vice President of the firm.  Mr. Marra can be reached via e-mail at rmarra@ebmg.com
